To provide safe deposit box rentals and comply with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) obligations, we collect personal identification details including:

• Full name, residential address, email address, and contact telephone number.
• Government identification documents (e.g., Australian Passport, Driver Licence, Medicare card).
• Biometric templates (e.g., encrypted iris or fingerprint signature matrices) used exclusively for physical access authentication at our vault doors.
• CCTV footage within building common areas (excluding private customer viewing suites).

3. Zero Inventory Disclosure

We do not ask, inspect, or maintain records of the contents stored inside your safe deposit box. The contents of your safe deposit box remain your private, confidential property.

4. Data Security

All personal and biometric data is encrypted using military-grade AES-256 protocols and stored on isolated, firewall-protected physical servers with restricted administrative access. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
