1. Safe Deposit Box Rental Agreement

By renting a safe deposit box or booking an appointment at Kuber Vaults, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The rental agreement is between the designated hirer(s) and Asset Fortune Pty Ltd trading as Kuber Vaults.

2. Mandatory Appointment Policy

Access to the secure vault area is strictly by prior appointment. Customers must arrive within their confirmed 15-minute scheduled window. Kuber Vaults reserves the right to reschedule or deny access if identification requirements are not satisfied.

3. Keys and Security Deposit

Two unique physical keys are issued upon account activation. No master duplicate keys are retained by Kuber Vaults. If both keys are lost or compromised, the box must be drilled open by an accredited technician at the customer's sole expense.

4. Prohibited Items

Customers shall not deposit: firearms, munitions, explosives, inflammable or hazardous chemicals, noxious substances, or illicit materials prohibited by state or federal Australian law.

5. Insurance Coverage

Locker rentals include complimentary base policy insurance under Kuber Vaults' master policy. Customers may opt to increase coverage limits upon formal written application and payment of applicable insurance fees.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
